RuiDa’s Melamine Molding Compound (MMC) are based on melamine formaldehyde resin and takes cellulose, minerals as the filling, together with both lubricant, hardener and pigment, etc.

l Production Specification
l Melamine injection Molding condition:
1. charging powder: pressure, 100-120 Mpa
2. front charging barrel: 90-100°
3. back charging barrel: 70-80°
4. injection pressure: 100-130 Mpa
5. molding temperature: 150-160°
6. molding: 10 seconds/mm
l Loading details:
1x20GP can load 20 tons, 800 bags, no pallet.
Delivery period: within 15 days.
Packaging: PP bag with wet proof inner bag. 25kgs/bag
Storage period: 6 months kept in cool warehouse.
